Program description
Nuon Energy sends text messages about quotes, site surveys, installation scheduling, permitting and interconnection updates, service visits, invoices, and occasional promotions to customers and prospects who opt in.
How you opt in
You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on a form on this website, by texting us first, or by giving express written consent in a signed agreement. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service from us.
Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies based on your project activity. Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile plan. Nuon Energy and mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opting out and getting help
Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further texts. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at (619) 431-4746 or sales@nuonenergy.com.
