Our commitment (ADA & WCAG)

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, and to follow the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Section 508 principles for our government and public-agency work, and California's Unruh Civil Rights Act.

A round accessibility button sits in the bottom-left corner of every page. Open it any time, or press Alt + A. Preferences save on your device.

• Text size in three steps up to A++ (130%). For more, browser zoom is fully supported.
• High contrast mode with darker text and stronger borders.
• Readable font (Atkinson Hyperlegible) or a dyslexia friendly font (OpenDyslexic).
• Underline all links so links never depend on color alone.
• Larger cursor for easier pointer tracking.
• Reduce motion and pause videos and animations for our cinematic scroll sections. We also honor your system prefers-reduced-motion setting.
• Translate this page into Spanish, French, Chinese, Vietnamese, or Arabic without leaving the site.

Measures we take

• Semantic HTML with landmarks and one clear <main> per page.
• Skip-to-content link and visible keyboard focus on interactive elements.
• Descriptive alt text on meaningful images, and labels on every form field.
• Color contrast tested to WCAG AA on body text, buttons, and eyebrow labels.
• Responsive layouts that hold up under zoom and screen magnification.
• Forms that can be completed with a keyboard or screen reader alone.
• Accessibility review as part of every new page or feature we publish.

Accessibility in the field

We provide reasonable accommodations for homeowners, facility managers, and public agencies working with us on solar, battery, and roofing projects:

• Proposals, production estimates, and contracts by phone, email, or text.
• Large-print or plain-language versions of any document on request.
• Verbal walkthroughs of system designs and monitoring apps after activation.
• Advance notice for service animals, mobility equipment, or sensory needs on site.

Known limitations

Some third-party content, the embedded Google map, the interactive coverage map, and utility or monitoring portals we link to, may not fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA. We provide the same information in text form wherever possible, and we can supply any of it by phone or email. If you hit a barrier, tell us and we will help immediately.

Formal complaints

We take accessibility feedback seriously. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may file a complaint with the U.S. Department of Justice under Title III of the ADA, or with the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing.
